Terrible organization, endless waiting... they almost never answer the phone. I believe that despite the excellent pastry shop it will be difficult to return, queue for 1 hour and 50 minutes in the cold outside and go in to hear "this is what's left, we are not an industrial pastry shop... at least have the courtesy to let us know that everything was almost finished !With all the reservations made, the trays are prepared on the spot. Hearing "whoever wants to wait, otherwise you'll leave"...I have no words! It would just be enough to have one more person serving at the counter (at least on Sundays) to improve the service ..!
The millefeuille and nougat sponge cake is always a success apart from the aesthetic beauty, thanks to the ancient pastry shop for the beautiful and delicious cake of my 50th birthday🤗

Of a unique goodness, it is better to book well in advance but it is worth it, it is better to respect the collection time the inconvenience is to wait or queue but after all it is not worth it, kind but the desserts are delicious I recommend the broad beans and nun's tits as well as a thousand leaves... all very good, clean environment
I consider "the ancient pastry shop" to be one of the best pastry shops in the Brindisi area. Everything is delicious, their specialty is Fave (mini cream puffs filled with various creams), a delicacy absolutely worth trying! Also worthy of mention are the beautiful and delicious cakes. The costs are extremely competitive. A fundamental stop for those coming on holiday
